Small Groups 3:1
Our small groups of 3 are specific bespoke sessions. you could be in class with a person in rehabilitation from an injury, professional athlete or just someone wanting a more specific session for their body. Every one is doing specific exercises for their bodies and needs.
We periodically run student clinics. This is an excellent was to try out clinical Pilates at a heavily discounted rate.
