Meet The Team

Studio Practitioners

Crystal Thomas

Crystal was first introduced to Pilates for her own body over 20 years ago and has used it through her life to compliment her active lifestyle.  It was after the birth of her second child that she realised the benefits on a greater level and wanted to help others to discover the same.

Training with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates, she studied a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and was mentored and worked alongside two of Australia's best Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors.  Through this training and working closely with injury and rehab patients she found her love of helping people to improve movement patterns, find strength and flexibility after injury and wanting to help people to realise their full potential and to generally feel good within their bodies.

Crystal has been teaching pilates for the last 7 years to all ages and body types and enjoys teaching in the studio environment as well as in a mat work style class.
